The laboratory twin-screw extruder is primarily used for producing test samples and powder formulations in the lab.

The laboratory twin-screw extruder is primarily used for producing test samples and powder formulations in the lab. Its compact and well-optimized design enables users to determine the optimal formulation and processing parameters at the lowest possible cost, while also supporting small-batch production runs. The Model 33 extruder can achieve a throughput of 80 kg/h for smooth-finish products and 50–60 kg/h for textured (sand-textured) products; the Model 40 extruder can deliver 150 kg/h for smooth finishes and 120 kg/h for sand-textured finishes.

Technical Features

High-speed shearing with strong self-cleaning capability and high temperature-control accuracy; efficient heat exchange; split barrel design for easy cleaning; modular screw configuration for flexible adjustment; low noise and safe, simple operation.
